ABOUT
RealWell is a modern, science-backed wellness media platform where women in midlife find real answers about aging well, grounded in working journalism, world-leading science, and the lived experience of our community.
women live longer.
but not better.
TOGETHER, WE CAN
CHANGE THAT NARRATIVE.
FOR HEALTH NOT HYPE.
Midlife is the tipping point. Women are juggling jobs, kids, aging parents, hormones, and stress, while trying to do all the things to age well. But with the noise mounting, the cost climbing, and the misinformation rising, it’s hard to know what’s real and what’s hype.
true or false.

THE FOUNDATION
WHERE PASSION MEETS PURPOSE.
I’m a journalist by trade and a pharmaceutical marketing executive by experience. My career has been about asking the right questions, leaning on experts, and translating complex science into practical takeaways, always with one goal: to help people feel informed and confident so they can advocate for themselves.
Over time, though, I watched the wellness space get more cluttered. It became harder and harder to tell what was evidence-based and what was just paid noise.
Then my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease. That became the catalyst for my renewed health journey. Overnight, I went from expert to seeker, scouring sources for practical, preventative guidance I could trust, only to keep running into two frustrating truths: a healthcare system not built for prevention, and an online wellness world pushing conflicting medical advice and influencer hype.
RealWell is where those two worlds collide. I’m asking the right questions, talking to the right people, and putting it into practice alongside everyday women. The goal is simple: cut through the noise, build habits that fit real life, and together, help women live not just longer, but better.
One goal drives everything we do:
help midlife women age with agency.
our promise
To share evidence-based, science-backed wellness on healthy aging from world-renowned experts. Provide support from a community of women navigating the same season of life. That is our promise, because you deserve health guidance you can trust.
our mission
To give midlife women the clarity, confidence, and self-agency to advocate for their own health, at every stage. By pairing accessible, science-backed guidance with a supportive, sustainable community, we are making healthy aging accessible to every woman because health literacy should not be a luxury.
our vision
To create a world where informed women don’t just age better individually – they change the system. What begins as personal empowerment becomes collective momentum: a mobilized community of midlife women reshaping how the wellness industry, healthcare, and culture serve every woman’s health, for this generation and the next one.
